How do I log in to a student lab, library, or departmental computer?
Note: You must change your temporary password before you can log in to University Windows computers or use SaxaNet.
-
Log in with your Georgetown University-issued NetID and password. This is the same password you use to access other services such as MyAccess, Canvas, and Georgetown Google Apps.
-
If you have any problems changing your NetID password, or are unable to access lab computers or other University services, please contact the GU Service Center by going to help.georgetown.edu. For in-person assistance (for Main Campus and Medical Center students, faculty, and staff), you can also visit the UIS walk-up Service Desk, located in the Leavey Center bookstore.
- Be sure to bring a government-issued identification (e.g., driver's license, passport, military ID) when requesting password-related help.
