GMS Access Troubleshooting
If you are having problems logging into GMS, please follow these steps:
Step 1. From the top of your browser, select the ""Customize and Control"" icon.
Step 2. From the Menu prompt, select ""History.""
Step 3. Select ""Clear Browsing Data.""
Step 4. Define how far back you want to clear your browsing history. It is recommended to clear from ""the beginning of time.""
Note: This may take some time if you have never performed this action.
