You can submit a sabbatical request using the GU-PASS system. GU-PASS is available to all current Georgetown faculty and staff members. To log in to GU-PASS, just go to the GU-PASS login page and enter your NetID and NetID password.  Click here for details on how to submit a sabbatical request in GU-PASS. Note: GU-PASS replaces TRACS. However, if you previously submitted your sabbatical request in TRACS, you won’t need to resubmit it in GU-PASS.
