Move an Existing Phone Number to a New Location

Faculty and Staff requesting the relocation of an existing phone number should follow the procedure below.

Complete the Requesting Phone, Voicemail, and Data Services form. For help submitting an order, call customer service at (202) 687-4800.
Provide a cost center for charges along with an authorized signature.

Note: Requests for 4 or fewer lines may take up to 5 business days to process. If 5 or more change requests are submitted, or if wiring work is required, it may take longer than 5 business days to complete the request.
