Sending Voicemail Messages to Email

Voicemail delivery to email can be activated for any campus voicemail box.

You can request this feature be activated for a voicemail account that does not have it. If you would like to submit a request to activate this feature, please contact the GU Service Center at 202-687-4949 or help@georgetown.edu.

Once this feature is activated, you don't need to do anything; every voicemail message will be delivered to the email address as an audio file.

When you contact the Service Center, please provide or confirm the following information:

The phone/voicemail extension
The NetID assigned to GU ext
Email address where messages will be delivered by email
What phone system they are on Avaya or Cisco
