The following worktags are required on all Award Lines and Grants:

Assignee

Cost Center

Fund

Program

Purpose

These same worktags should be reflected on the Grant (GR) which is keyed on the Award Line.  A validation exists on the Award and Award Amendment business processes to ensure these sets of worktags match.

If the worktags on the Grant and/or the Award Line are missing and/or do not match, contact the Pre-Grant Portfolio Specialist in the Pre-Award Office listed on the Award > Additional Reports > Grant Roles.  This role is responsible for keying the Award Line and Grant worktags.
