Error Message: Browser does not meet the minimum requirements (Respondus Lockdown Browser)

In some cases, when you use Respondus Lockdown Browser (LDB) to login to Canvas, you may receive an error message from Canvas saying the browser does not meet the minimum requirements.

Please check that your system meets the requirements to run LDB, and that LDB is up-to-date. To update LDB please see Update to the Latest Version of Respondus LockDown Browser (Windows, Chromebook, Mac).

Updating LDB will resolve the issue and prevent the error message from appearing again.
