Faculty members receive emails soliciting recording preferences for courses prior to the start of the semester. Please check your Georgetown email to submit your recording preferences. If you cannot locate the email or have any issues please email caphelp@georgetown.edu

Zoom Room Instructions
Start a Scheduled MeetingTap the MEETING LIST icon on the menu bar, tap your SCHEDULED MEETING on the meeting list, and tap START to start the meeting. |

Join a MeetingTap the JOIN icon on the menu bar, enter the MEETING ID on the number pad, and tap JOIN. | |
Start a New MeetingTap the NEW MEETING icon. | |
To Share ContentOn the Zoom Rooms Control Console, press the green SHARE CONTENT button. A sharing key will be displayed (see below). Using Zoom on your device, click the SCREEN SHARE button. You may be required to enter the SHARING KEY into the input box into the MEETING ID or SHARING KEY field in Zoom on your device. |
